My progress was lost after reinstalling the app.

Progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all saved data. Unfortunately this cannot be recovered, but you can jump straight back in from the world map.

My lives are not regenerating.

Lives regenerate one every 30 minutes in the background. Make sure your device clock is set to automatic. If regeneration seems stuck, close and reopen the app.

What counts as a cascade?

A cascade happens when newly fallen orbs form a match automatically after your swap clears orbs. Levels that require a cascade chain of length 2 (shown as x2 chain) need at least one automatic follow-on wave after your initial match.

The game is not loading or is crashing.

Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure you are running the latest version from the App Store. Contact us below if problems continue.

How do I earn three stars on a level?

Stars are awarded on two axes: the score you reach and how many moves you have left when you finish. Hitting the gold score threshold or completing the level very efficiently can both earn three stars.
